However, those driving guitar riffs and the guitar playing the melody are both so FUCKING AWESOME that they don't have to! In the end, the song sounds like its trying to do two different things, but is doing the both incredibly well.

I don't have my 8 String with me where I am now, so I may try to go back to some of my Demetori tabs and fix / finish the leads/solos on my 7.
